Once i registered my company with registerkaro, they cheated on us like every registration was a separate pricing, then i learnt that go with ca for Private Limited Company registration and not online platforms. The firm offered transparent and combined pricing for entire registrations like Private Limited Company, DIN, PAN, TAN, GST Registration, Profession Tax, Export Import Certificate, MSME and Shop Act.
